Refund Policy

We want every order from Epiphany to arrive as expected. If you need help with an order, contact us at online@epiphanyathens.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of fragrance or damage, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Final sale items, gift cards, intimate items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Refund timing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order and return condition. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or an item arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
